All branches open daily, 10am–10pm. Some branches shift to 2pm on Fridays for Jumaat — check that branch’s page for its exact hours.

In-store only. We accept cash, debit/credit cards and QR e-wallets (DuitNow, Touch ’n Go, GrabPay) at the counter.

Not yet — we’re a walk-in retailer. Browse stock and prices in person, or WhatsApp a branch to ask before you come.

Yes. Message the branch on WhatsApp with the item and we’ll hold it for you for the day, subject to availability.

Unopened items in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days with the receipt. Opened or used items are case-by-case — talk to the branch.

Bike fit goes by wheel size and the child’s height/inseam, not age alone. Bring them in — staff will sit them on a few sizes to find the safe fit.

Every box shows an age range. Staff can point you to age-appropriate building blocks, ride-ons and games if you tell them who it’s for.
